The BIG one
This pump was developed for sludge with large particles and high flow rates. Based on the smaller KS23 ends, this pump has connections from DN250 to DN350. 80 liters per stroke are pumped from the D320 mm delivery pipe at a maximum pressure of 16 bar.
Web visualization
Like every other machine from Finsterwalder Umwelttechnik, the KS32 gate valve pump has a touch panel on the control cabinet and web visualization. The machine can be easily controlled and settings can be made via the web HMI using any internet-enabled device. The process can also be monitored via this interface to ensure process reliability.

Hydraulic power unit
The hydraulic power unit drives both the KS32 slide gate pump and the KS23 slide gate pump and can also actuate other valves in the system. It has a 350-600 l oil tank, a WHG oil pan and consists of three oil circuits.
